Delivery charges, returns and cancellations
Products are made to order and we aim to dispatch within seven (7) business days of placing your order.
You can check the status of your order(s) by signing in, clicking your name that appears in the top-right corner of the page, and clicking 'My shop account'.
Please allow up to 14 days after despatch for delivery within the UK and 28 days for worldwide deliveries. If you have not received your order within this time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that if you order more than one product they may be despatched separately and arrive at different times.
Standard postage charges
Our standard postage charges apply to all items except framed prints and greeting cards.
Our framed prints will be shipped in protective packing to ensure the print and frame arrive in perfect condition. UK: £8.00 plus £2.75 for each additional framed print
Europe: £12.50 plus £4.50 for each additional framed print
Worldwide: £15.00 plus £7.50 for each additional framed print
We would prefer you to telephone us on 0115 838 6175 to cancel your order. You may also email us at email@example.com or complete the Customer Order Notification Cancellation form, and return it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may cancel your order prior to despatch or within 14 days of receiving your goods and receive a full refund. Please see the returns policy section for information about how to return your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or it is damaged in transit, you must notify us within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your goods. We would prefer you to telephone us with details of your complaint on 0115 838 6175 but you may also email us at email@example.com or you may complete the Customer Returns Form, and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damaged or faulty items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged or faulty. We will either replace or fully refund your order.
Unwanted items or cancelled orders
Please return your order to us at the address below, in its original condition, with any seals and shrink wrap intact within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please enclose the original delivery note to help us identify your order.
Items delivered to an overseas address must be returned within 30 days of the cancellation date, unused, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and accompanied by the original delivery note to help us identify your order.
Goods must be returned at your own cost and we would recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery. We can only accept the return, and refund opened items if they are faulty.
